Tam Coc – Bich Dong is located about 2 km from National Highway 1A, 7 km from Ninh Binh City and about 100 km from Hanoi. The unique feature of Tam Coc is that to discover its beauty, visitors have to go by boat down the poetic Ngo Dong River, to see the ancient mossy limestone mountains, clear blue rivers… The landscape here still has pristine beauty. For that reason, there are many “unique and strange” professions that will make visitors curious and interested.

DAY 1: HANOI – HOA LU – TAM COC (L, D)
In the morning our car takes you to depart for Ninh Binh where you can visit:
Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Dai Viet in the 10th century. After visiting two ancient temples of the two Dinh Le dynasties, tourists begin their journey to “Ha Long on land” which is Tam Coc. There you go 10km through the village, the rice fields lying peacefully under the limestone mountains. The majestic scenery makes visitors feel like they are walking on majestic and dangerous mountain roads.
Enjoy lunch at a restaurant near Tam Coc where there are specialties of goat meat and rustic dishes of Ninh Binh province.
In the afternoon, visitors get on the boat, discover the charming world of the place called “Ha Long on land”. The bamboo boats will take visitors to visit Ca cave, the largest and also the most beautiful cave with a length of 127m, located under a large mountain crossing the Ngo Dong River. Visitors will feel the fresh, cool air when going deep into the cave, stalactites hang down from the ceiling of the cave, like magical pearls…Continue the adventure on the river, visitors enter the Hai and Ba caves which are similar to Ca cave. It is very interesting to go through 3 caves.
When returning to Tam Coc wharf, you can rent bicycles and cycle around the Tam Coc area If you want to experience and enjoy the peaceful space of the Vietnamese countryside.

DAY 2: TAM COC – CUC PHUONG NATIONAL PARK– HA NOI (B, L)
After breakfast, our tour guide picks you up to visit Cuc Phuong National Forest, the 22,200-hectare primary forest, which has typical characteristics of tropical forests with fresh and cool climate and rich flora, fauna. You will visit Nguoi Xua Cave where the archaeological remains of prehistoric people thousands of years ago are kept. Visit the Thousand Years Tree, Thuy Tien Cave, Con Moong Cave, Pho Ma Cave,…
Have lunch in Cuc Phuong and have a rest.
In the afternoon, you come back to Hanoi.
